Mosaic Brasserie offers numerous buffets of hot and cold dishes for every taste. Based on the Minos Imperial Super Breakfast, our guests can taste waffles, crepes, omelets with local herbs and vegetables, together with their coffee, tea selection and juices. Omelets and egg station are available every morning. Mosaic Restaurant offers during dinner Mediterranean, Ethnic and International options for every taste. Our Pizza and Pasta Chefs prepare a variety of Italian specialties, while our Show cooking stations deliver a big variety of tasteful dishes. Fish and Meat Decoupage station is also included, as well as a chocolate fountain and daily pastry choices. A wide selection of wines is available in Mosaic Restaurant.

Ariadni Restaurant offers certified Greek breakfast buffet next to Mosaic Restaurant. Omelets and egg station are available every morning. Ariadni Taste of Crete is one of our Signature Restaurants, offering local meat and seafood options from small producers around the island. Our guests can flavor pure Cretan recipes, including fresh salads, seafood dishes, traditional main courses and unique desserts. Essential tip: accompany your dinner with a bottle of wine from Cretan varieties such as Vilana, Kotsifali or Mandilari.
