After breakfast, set out for a full day exploring both Old and New Delhi.

Begin in the heart of Old Delhi with a visit to Chandni Chowk, where you’ll experience the famous cycle rickshaw ride weaving through its maze-like lanes. From there, drive past the heritage landmarks of Jama Masjid and the Red Fort, before continuing on to Rashtrapati Bhavan, the President’s House, renowned for its striking architecture and grandeur.

Your next stop is Connaught Place, Delhi’s iconic circular shopping hub, home to a wide array of international brands. After some time browsing, proceed to Rajghat, the final resting place of Mahatma Gandhi, where you can pay your respects. From here, visit Humayun’s Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage Site built by his widow, Biga Begum, fourteen years after his passing. This monument is celebrated for its remarkable design and historical significance.

As evening approaches, head to another UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Qutub Minar. Constructed by Delhi’s first Muslim ruler, Qutub-ud-din Aibak, the complex also features several other historic structures, including the Quwwat-ul-Islam Mosque, the Iron Pillar of Delhi, Alai Darwaza, the Tomb of Iltutmish, and the unfinished Alai Minar.
