After breakfast at the hotel, leave the bustle of Ho Chi Minh City behind and travel to My Tho, a peaceful town on the banks of the Mekong River.
On arrival, visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda, a beautiful 19th century Buddhist site. Continue to the river, where you’ll board a sampan and cruise past the four islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise islands.
Stop at Unicorn Island for a walk along quiet country lanes, passing orchards and fruit plantations. Enjoy seasonal tropical fruits accompanied by traditional folk music performed by local villagers. Continue with a hand rowed sampan ride through the Thoi Son Canal, taking in the lush countryside along the way. Visit a local family run business, including a honeybee farm where you’ll sample honey tea, and a coconut candy workshop.
In the afternoon, stroll through Tan Thach village and meet local residents to get a glimpse of daily life in the Mekong Delta, or simply relax in a hammock and enjoy the cool river breeze.
Return to Ho Chi Minh City in the late afternoon.

After breakfast at the hotel, the morning is free at leisure. At the scheduled time, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Danang. This transfer will be without a guide.
On arrival in Da Nang, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Hoi An for check-in.
Later, set out to explore the charming Hoi An Ancient Town, a place steeped in history and rich Oriental character. Walk across the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, visit the Chinese Assembly Halls, and step inside beautifully preserved ancient houses. Along the way, you may hear traditional folk music at old club houses or stroll through the lively market by the Thu Bon River. It’s easy to see why generations of artists have drawn inspiration from the tiled rooftops and timeless atmosphere of this town.
The remainder of the time is free for shopping. Hoi An is famous for its high-quality yet affordable tailoring, as well as its handicrafts, jewellery, traditional clothing, and handmade shoes. The central market offers a glimpse into local life, with residents bargaining for fresh produce and daily essentials.
As evening falls, Hoi An transforms into a truly magical setting, glowing under warm yellow lantern light as music and laughter fill the streets. After enjoying the evening ambiance, return to your hotel for overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, head south to Cam Thanh Coconut Village. On arrival, enjoy a traditional basket boat ride through the lush coconut forest, offering a close-up look at the daily lives of local fishermen and their families. Learn about age-old fishing techniques, with the chance to try fishing yourself, and feel the adrenaline as you take part in a fun basket boat race, set to the rhythm of lively drum music. Interact with the fishermen during an engaging fishing demonstration and hear stories about past wars and the hardships once faced by soldiers. The coconut forest itself is a fascinating ecological area, home to a rich mangrove habitat supporting crabs, shrimp, fish, and other marine life.
Continue to Tra Que Herb Village for an immersive farming experience. Join local farmers in hands-on activities such as raking the soil, sowing seeds, watering plants, and caring for the herb gardens. After your time in the fields, relax with a soothing foot massage, followed by a cooking session with a local chef. Learn how to prepare regional dishes, including traditional spring rolls, which you will enjoy tasting.
Later in the afternoon, take part in a lantern-making class at a local family workshop. Guided by an experienced instructor, create your own lantern from start to finish, shaping the bamboo frame and selecting from a variety of colourful silks and designs. Your finished lantern can be neatly folded and taken home as a memorable souvenir.
Transfer back to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure.
Overnight in Hoi An.
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart for Da Nang. En route, stop at the Marble Mountains. Explore Thuy Son (Water Mountain) by climbing the stone steps, or optionally take the elevator at your own expense (approx. USD 1 per person per way, payable on the spot). From the top, enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. Visit Huyen Khong Cave, followed by Tam Thai and Linh Ung Pagodas, where you’ll be rewarded with impressive city views and a stunning cave that houses a Cham Buddha seated beneath a natural shaft of light. Continue to Am Phu Cave, known for its dramatic rock formations depicting the Buddhist interpretation of hell and purgatory. If time permits, browse the Non Nuoc Stone Village at the foot of the mountain to admire finely crafted stone sculptures created by local artisans.
Continue onward to Ba Na Hills, a French-inspired hilltop resort. Ride the iconic cable car, holder of several world records, up to Ba Na Hills Station. Visit the famous Golden Bridge and take in panoramic views of the Truong Son mountain range stretching towards the East Sea. Nearby, visit Linh Ung Pagoda, home to a striking 27-metre-high Buddha statue and an elegant façade reflecting traditional Vietnamese architecture. Stroll through Loc Uyen Garden and Quan Am Pavilion, set amid beautifully landscaped grounds ideal for photos.
Later, enjoy free time at Fantasy Park, where you can take part in a range of modern and adventurous attractions such as Love Swing, Skiver Pilot, Fire Racing Track, Bumper Cars, and the Ghost House.
In the afternoon, ascend to the Peak of Chua Mountain at 1,487 metres to visit Ba Chua Thuong Ngan Temple and enjoy panoramic views over Da Nang City and Danang Bay. Descend by cable car and transfer to your hotel in Da Nang for check-in.

After breakfast at the hotel, head north and travel by train through the breathtaking Hai Van Pass. As the train winds through the mountains, enjoy panoramic views of the coastline, lush green hills, and the East Sea, making this journey one of the most scenic rail routes in Vietnam.
Upon arrival in Hue, begin the exploration of this charming city with a visit to the Royal Citadel, Hue’s iconic UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Citadel complex includes the Imperial City, where emperors once ruled, and the Forbidden Purple City, reserved for members of the royal family. Explore the grand gates, palaces, temples, and courtyards that tell the story of the Nguyen Dynasty, including highlights such as the Noon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, and the Halls of the Mandarins.
Continue to the Tomb of Emperor Tu Duc, which served as a retreat for the emperor during his lifetime. The site is set amidst scenic landscapes, peaceful gardens, and a tranquil lake.
In the afternoon, visit the Tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh, one of the most unique and elaborate royal tombs of the Nguyen Dynasty. Built between 1920 and 1931, it blends traditional Vietnamese design with European influences, including Gothic and Baroque styles.
Later, enjoy a leisurely boat trip along the Perfume River, an especially beautiful experience in the late afternoon. The river is lined with pagodas, temples, and lush surroundings. Stop at Thien Mu Pagoda, one of Hue’s oldest and most iconic landmarks, to enjoy views of the river and city.
Return to your hotel in Da Nang in the evening.

After breakfast at the hotel, depart on a journey approximately 90 km south of Hanoi to Ninh Binh, once the capital of ancient Vietnam before Hanoi rose to prominence in the 11th century. Renowned for its stunning natural scenery, Ninh Binh is home to highlights such as the Tam Coc Caves and the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, where historic temples are dedicated to King Dinh and King Le, rulers of the 10th century.
Begin with a scenic boat trip through Tam Coc, where towering limestone karsts rise from lush green rice paddies. Often referred to as “Halong Bay on land,” the landscape is reminiscent of both Halong Bay and Guilin in China.
Continue to Bich Dong Pagoda, set against a mountainside and made up of three pagodas arranged from low to high. From the upper pagoda, enjoy sweeping views across the valley, rice fields, and surrounding peaks.
In the afternoon, return to Hanoi with a stop at Hoa Lu to visit the 17th century temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le. These important historical sites commemorate two emperors whose reigns played a key role in shaping Vietnam’s early history.

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. Around 7:30–8:00 a.m., depart for a scenic three-hour drive east to Halong Bay, the jewel of the Gulf of Tonkin and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
On arrival, board your overnight cruise and begin exploring the iconic “Descending Dragon” bay, famous for its dramatic limestone karsts and hidden grottoes rising from emerald waters.
Lunch is served on board as the cruise continues through the bay. Later, visit the caves and enjoy activities such as swimming or kayaking. Cruise past floating fishing villages and sail close to the islets for a closer look at Halong Bay’s unique landscape.

Wake up early to witness a stunning sunrise over the bay. Known locally as the “Eastern Sea,” the sight of dawn breaking over the scattered islets is truly unforgettable. After breakfast, the cruise continues through scenic areas where almost every limestone formation has a name inspired by its shape, including Sail Island, Fisherman’s Head Rock, Butterfly Rock, and Turtle Islet.
Check out of your cabin and enjoy brunch on board as the cruise sails back to the pier. After disembarkation, transfer back to Hanoi.
On arrival, begin sightseeing with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (viewed from outside), the final resting place of President Ho Chi Minh. Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, built in 1070. Its peaceful gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a fascinating glimpse into the country’s history.
Next, take a leisurely walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, a scenic spot in the heart of Hanoi, surrounded by temples and pagodas and popular with both locals and visitors.
Later, explore Hanoi’s vibrant food scene with a guided street food tour through the Old Quarter’s famous 36 ancient streets. Sample classic Vietnamese dishes such as pho, bun cha with grilled pork and noodles, and banh mi filled with pork, beef, or egg and pickled vegetables. Enjoy local treats like papaya salad with dried beef and peanuts, coconut and molasses rolls, sweet soups, and sticky rice with ice cream.
End the experience at a boutique café, where you’ll try traditional Vietnamese coffee with unique flavors such as egg or salt. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Depart Hanoi in the morning and travel north to Sapa via the modern Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway, passing through scenic landscapes of rural northern Vietnam along the way. On arrival in Sapa, transfer to your hotel and check in.
Please note: Transfers between Hanoi and Sapa are without an escort guide. A local guide will join you for sightseeing in Sapa.
In the afternoon, visit Cat Cat Village, home to the Black H’Mong ethnic minority. Enjoy a gentle walk along stone-paved paths, passing traditional wooden houses, terraced rice fields, and local workshops. Learn about age-old customs, weaving techniques, and daily village life before continuing to Cat Cat Waterfall, set amidst beautiful mountain scenery.
Return to Sapa town in the late afternoon. The remainder of the day is free to stroll around Sapa Lake, explore the local market, or simply relax and enjoy the cool mountain atmosphere.

Day 2: Fansipan – Roof of Indochina & Silver Waterfall
After breakfast, transfer to the cable car station for an unforgettable journey to Fansipan Mountain, famously known as the “Roof of Indochina.” Board the world-record-holding cable car and glide above dramatic mountain scenery, deep valleys, and lush forests.
On arrival, continue by funicular railway followed by a short walk to reach Fansipan Peak (3,143 metres). Remember to wear warm clothing, as temperatures at the summit are noticeably cooler. Take time to enjoy panoramic views and visit the impressive spiritual landmarks and temples along the ascent.
In the afternoon, visit Silver Waterfall, one of the most picturesque waterfalls in the Sapa region, located along the scenic O Quy Ho Pass. Enjoy photo opportunities and a short walk before returning to Sapa town.
